Friday 9/12 > Gleis 22 - Munster, GermanyHit the road to Munster, another short drive. Right as we are about to get to Munster, I almost fall asleep, which makes getting out and walking around more painful than it should be. At the club there were sandwiches backstage so we eat them, not realizing there's yet another home-cooked meal later. We take a walk up the street to Green Hell record store and Screaming Apple Records HQ. Back at the club, we hang out with Mark (BBQ), who is opening up the show. Funny guy. BBQ plays a great set, then the Trash Emperors from Hamburg come on. They play a few Beguiled covers, and we decide against playing ours since we can't remember it. Time comes for us to play, and the crowd is the most receptive so far. Chris goes out into the crowd, which helps. Another encore tonight. Dance party after the show is great. We go to stay at someone's apartment, and there are lots of drunk locals bouncing around. I have no idea who lives at this house, or where I am supposed to sleep, but it's ok. Eventually go to sleep in the kitchen on a mattress which has been trampled on since being laid down hours ago.
